Terms of Service
Effective date: July 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Workestra (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Workestra lets you design, orchestrate, execute, and supervise AI agents and teams that interact with third-party tools you connect. The Service is under active development; features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the product evolves.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, send spam or malicious content, attempt to breach or overload our systems, or automate actions against third-party services in violation of their terms. You are responsible for the workflows and agents you configure and for the actions they take on your behalf.
5. Your content and connected services
You retain ownership of the content you create in Workestra. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — to store, process, and transmit your content as required to execute your workflows. When you connect third-party services or provide LLM API keys, your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you authorize Workestra to act on them as configured by you.
6. AI outputs
The Service uses large language models. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any decisions or actions taken based on them. Human-approval controls are available and recommended for consequential actions.
7. Fees
The Service currently offers a free tier. If we introduce paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be published before any charge applies, and continued use of paid features will require your acceptance of those terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Workestra and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand features.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workestra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
